Nominees: 2025 Album of the Year

Last year, Amelia asked me if I just nominate every record I buy in a given year for my Album of the Year. I was a bit hurt by that. It’s not true, but I do tend to over-nominate at times, and, frankly, I don’t really buy records I don’t like all that often. Good luck with just a smidge of good taste.

Anyway, with that in mind, I’m doing three tiers this year: Nominees, Honorable Mentions and I Also Liked These. This would make my wife happy if she cared but she doesn’t and who could blame her? Happy Thanksgiving!
